Privacy  –By signing this Agreement the Exhibitor hereby consents that the Organizer and/or the Manager:

(a) may store exhibitor data, company and personal information voluntarily submitted by the Exhibitor and independently collected by the Organizer and/or Manager (collectively “Exhibitor Information”) in its database;

(b) may provide Exhibitor Information to a third party (including, but not limited to, the Organizer’s and Manager’s subsidiaries, affiliates, exhibition partners and service providers inside and outside of China), and the third party and the Organizer and/or the Manager can store the Exhibitor Information and use the Exhibitor Information in providing exhibition services or related business development, including, but not limited to, processing billing matters, identifying the Exhibitor’s needs, publishing the Exhibitor’s details on the Exhibition website or in the official catalogue for the Exhibition and/or in any other media relating to the Exhibition or relevant industry whether in print or electronic, inviting the Exhibitor to other relevant events organized by the Organizer and/or the Manager or the group to which the Organizer and/or Manager belongs, disclosing Exhibitor Information to Contractors inside and outside of China who provide services with respect to the Exhibition (including, but not limited to, booth security registration, cleaning and freight contractors, suppliers and electricians), disclosing or transferring the Exhibitor Information to third parties or members of the Organizer and/or the Manager’s group worldwide to allow the third parties or the group members to further develop business and services with respect to the Exhibitor. The Organizer and/or the Manager may also provide the Exhibitor Information to third parties inside and outside of China who provide goods and services for the Exhibition. The Exhibitor shall inform the Organizer and/or the Manager in writing when signing this Agreement or providing relevant information if it does not wish for Exhibitor Information to be used in any of the ways mentioned above;

(c) the Exhibitor understands and agrees that the storage, transmission and use of the Exhibitor Information will be subject to the laws of the place of business and privacy policies of Organizer (https://privacy.reedexpo.com/en-gb.html) and/or Manager or the third party who receives the Exhibitor Information (whether inside or outside of China); and

(d) the Organizer and/or the Manager or any third party that receives the Exhibitor Information can contact the Exhibitor or any of its employees via telephone, fax, email with links, SMS, post or otherwise, and/or send information , including, but not limited to, information relating to exhibition registration confirmation, promotions, conferences and events, business matchmaking, surveys, prize-winning activities, discounts, etc.
